Barnafoss, one of the most incredible places I visited in Iceland. This photo was taken while looking down from a bridge. The energy that surrounded the water and its rocks was oddly calming and surreal. This water was rushing down heavily through the many beautiful rocks, but something about the waters strength relaxed me. I remember checking my phone for a text message and thinking, "this is not somewhere I should be on my phone. This place deserves my complete attention and admiration. This is a place i need to be tuned in to". After putting down my phone I stood still and absorbed the scenery with all my focus. I had never felt so relieved and refreshed before. I can't describe the emotions that rushed through my body as I stood on this bridge to capture this photo.
